Client Policies

Cancelation Policy

We kindly ask that you provide us with a 24 hours notice for cancellations of appointments under 2hrs. After one no show, or failure to cancel with a 24 hours notice we require a credit card on file to book future appointments. If you are canceling less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, after one no show, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the total cost of your scheduled service.

Color Appointments Policy

Any appointment you are scheduling exceeding a 2 hours time slot requires a 48 hours notice for cancelation, as well as a card on file to book. In the event of failure to cancel with a 48 hours notice or no show day of the appointment we reserve the right to charge 50% of the total cost of your scheduled service.

Keratin Appointments Policy

Keratin Treatment appointments require a credit card on file to book. Not showing up for a scheduled Keratin Treatment service will result in a charge 50% of the total cost of the appointment to the card on file.

Right to Refuse Service

The safety and comfort of our clients is our highest priority and we don’t support inappropriate behavior. Our salon staff reserves the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated, if their state of health may influence the effects of the service, tardiness, no shows or any situation we deem appropriate.
