Cancellation Policies

Cancellation Policy

After one no show, or failure to cancel appointment with a 24 hours notice we require a credit card on file to book future appointments. If canceling with less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment after one no show we reserve the right to charge 50% of the total cost of your scheduled service.

Keratin Treatment Policy 

​

 Keratin Treatment appointments require a credit card on file to book. Not showing up for a scheduled Keratin Treatment service will result in a charge of 50% of the total cost of the appointment to the card on file.

Color Appointments Policy

Any appointment you are scheduling exceeding a 2 hours time slot requires a card on file to book.
